Omelettes and waffles cooked to order by a professional chef. Stations include green and red peppers, onions, mushrooms, diced ham, cheddar and Monterey cheese, diced tomatoes, and salsa. Accompanied by applewood-smoked bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, mini croissants, mini muffins, mini Danish, and fresh brewed coffee.
